1.2 Certain floral arrangements may be delivered in bud form to ensure maximum freshness and longevity.
1.3 Some flowers and plants may be harmful or toxic if ingested (for example, lilies are toxic to pets). Customers are responsible for checking suitability. For further information, please contact our Customer Care team.
1.4 Due to seasonal availability and the natural nature of flowers, we reserve the right to substitute flowers or packaging with items of equal or greater value and similar style without prior notice.
1.5 If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund within 7 days of the intended delivery date.
1.6 Deliveries are made on the selected delivery date during business hours unless otherwise stated.
1.7 We guarantee the freshness of our flowers for up to 7 days from the delivery date, provided they are cared for according to the instructions supplied.
1.8 Any food or edible items may contain allergens. Customers are advised to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
2. Prices
2.1 Prices displayed on the Website are valid at the time of ordering and may change without prior notice.
2.2 All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at checkout in accordance with UAE regulations.
2.3 Prices listed online may differ from those offered through other sales channels or promotions.
3. Orders & Payments
3.1 Customers must provide accurate personal, delivery, and payment information when placing an order.
3.2 We accept payment via major credit and debit cards. Other payment methods may be offered from time to time.
3.3 By completing payment and clicking the relevant confirmation button, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3.4 An order confirmation email will be sent once your order has been accepted and is being processed. A binding contract is formed only after this confirmation is issued.
3.5 Orders cannot be accepted from individuals under the age of 16.
4. Delivery
4.1 Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including recipient contact information.
4.2 Deliveries are carried out via third-party courier services. While we aim to meet requested delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
4.3 Deliveries to locations such as hospitals, hotels, or offices may be left at reception or security desks.
4.4 If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details or recipient unavailability, re-delivery may incur additional charges.
4.5 Additional fees may apply for remote locations or special delivery requests.
5. Cancellations, Amendments & Returns
5.1 Any request to amend or cancel an order must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
5.2 Due to the perishable nature of flowers, orders cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched.
5.3 Customized or bespoke arrangements cannot be canceled or refunded once preparation has begun.
6. Customer Care, Complaints & Refunds

6.2 Complaints should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
6.3 Where a complaint is deemed valid, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial/full refund at our discretion.
6.4 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
7.1 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website and are not liable for technical issues beyond our control.
7.2 Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the products purchased, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Promotional Codes
8.1 Promotional codes must be entered at checkout to be valid.
8.2 Codes are subject to specific terms, may expire, and are limited to one use per customer unless otherwise stated.
8.3 Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other offers.
