1. Cancellations
1.1 Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To do so, please contact our Customer Care team via email at contact@revaflowers.com.

1.2 Cancellation Notice Period
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery date is required to process any cancellation request.
1.3 Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. This is due to the perishable and time-sensitive nature of floral products.
2. Returns
2.1 Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, we do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
If your order includes non-perishable items and you wish to request a return, please contact us for further instructions. Eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
2.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
3. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout within 7 business days from the date of approval. Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
